For all custom orders, please allow 1-2 business days for a response as we are working diligently to respond to everyone in a timely manner. 

 

There are absolutely no refunds on custom orders. 

 

Items purchased from our inventory may be returned under the circumstances of not having been worn, these are accessories that touch personal parts of your body and to protect all of our clients we will not take back items tried on.
